In the Beginning...

On July 26, 2004 a certificate of incorporation was filed with the State of New Jersey Secretary of State's office officially giving the birth to a new nonprofit charitable organization known as "The Frances Foundation for Kids Fighting Cancer, Inc".

The Foundation's inspirational namesake, Frances Jean Nolan Heugle, was taken by cancer from us in March 2000.  Frances had a very special love for all children.  It is in her name fifty good-hearted generous members of the Foundation's Board of Trustees have united to bring smiles to seriously ill kids fighting cancer.

The Foundation's mission statement sets forth its purpose and the Foundation looks forward to and thanks you all for all your support on behalf of all the kids.
