Latest Message from our Founder
Saturday night was another magical event thanks to all the efforts of our trustees & volunteers , with special shout-outs to Angela, Tracy, Suzie, Keia, Sharon, Fran ,Joey and the decorations committee. .
Truly appreciate the very generous contributions made by so many, with special recognition to Chuck Ciccarelli, Bob & Kathy Gluck, Lou & Jill Marmo, and Bryce Wiedeman.
I am receiving numerous emails praising our efforts and the event; I share just 1 submitted by warrior Steven Veloso’s mom. I also share a photo of Jr. Trustee Daphne with warrior Skylar; as well as me with warrior Jake Lupo. And warrior Bryce with his award.
The last part of our gala fundraising efforts is promoting bidding on our silent auction items. Bidding will remain open until 8pm on Wednesday, October 25th..

Braeden
The FF started bringing smiles and assistance to our new warrior Braeden from Wall Twp. Braeden was diagnosed with brain cancer about 1 year ago; and he suffered a stroke during his 1st surgery; and now he is also being treated for a partial paralysis of his right side. We surprised our FF trustee and partner Kelly Terry by inviting Braeden to yesterday's Mya Lin Terry Foundation golf outing luncheon. Amongst other gifts we gave Braeden and his mom/family , including $5,000 to help with uninsured PT & OT medical bills, Braeden was thrilled to meet and talk with NFL Pittsburgh Steelers QB Kenny Pickett.
