Caiti Brown
Caiti Brown is a delightful 17 year old Toms River, NJ girl who has courageously fought and walked with cancer for nearly 4 years. Diagnosed with osteosarcoma in 2004, she continues treatment for a relapse of the disease to her lungs which occurred in the summer of 2006.
Caiti has endured four major surgeries - two to repair and replace her damaged femur, knee, tibia, and two surgeries removing a lobe of her left lung and disease from her right lung. Numerous strong and sound chemotherapy and other traditional treatment protocols have failed to cure Caiti. Caiti's family has made a monumental decision with a huge leap of faith and sent her to The Envita Medical Center in Arizona for highly advanced and non-traditional therapies designed to super charge her immune system. Caiti's Trip For LIfe is a story of love.
Caiti's treatment and her trip are not covered by the family's health insurance. These expenses will exceed $100,000. Friends and neighbors of Caiti are rallying to help Caiti and her family. The Frances Foundation has already made a direct $10,000 donation to this most worthy cause. We are also organizing a SUPER 50/50 Raffle with ALL NET PROCEEDS to go directly to payment for Caiti's trip for life expenses.

The 3 winning tickets will be drawn at our annual picnic and softball tournament on July 12th and winners need not be present. We respectfully request you to make copies and share the letter and raffle order form with your families, friends, neighbors, office colleagues,co-workers and anyone else who would like to purchase a chance to win some very nice size money prizes and at the same time contribute to a great great cause. Obviously the cost of 1 ticket can be split and shared by any # of people.
